Can I add a discount code after my purchase?

Discount codes must be added before the order is complete.

Will I get a confirmation number for my order?

Once an order is complete, you will receive an email with your confirmation number.

What if I ordered the wrong things?

Incorrect orders can be resolved by emailing info@baselinecosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clarify the in-correction in an email, and it will be rectified in 5-7 business days.

What if I want to cancel my order all together?

All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of your order and come with a full refund.

Will I be able to make changes to my order once it’s complete?

Orders cannot be changed once a confirmation number has been assigned.

What are your payment methods?

Baseline Cosmetics uses PayPal and Square as our primary method of payment. We accept all major credit cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Baseline Cosmetics ships both domestically and internationally.

What are your shipping costs?

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. International shipping is a flat rate of $15.

Is there a free shipping option?

All domestic orders are spend $50 or more to qualify for free shipping.

International orders are spend $100 or more to quality for free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Baseline Cosmetics uses USPS as the primary deliver service. Delivery times are determined by the postal carrier and will be expressed in the delivery email along with the tracking number.

I don’t want my products anymore, can I get a refund?

Refunds can be made up to 48 hours after your returned purchase has been received.

I just placed my order but I changed my mind, how can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, Baseline Cosmetics is no longer responsible for the products you ordered.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Our products are packaged in bubble wrap lined mailer envelopes for extra shipping safety.

How do I go about returning my order?

Shipping for returns is the customer's responsibility. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased.

Is my personal information safe?

Any information submitted to baselinecosmetics.com for orders, newsletters, or anything else is used solely by Baseline Cosmetics.
